Fitness is stepping up a notch in preparation for our 10K challenge in a few weeks time. I really enjoy trying new ways of exercising and hopefully I'm going to go a boxing class (it really appeals to me) and I'm going to give Bikram yoga another go. I'm quite fair-weather with my fitness, the only constant sort of exercise I do is running and whilst I enjoy this I do like a bit of variety. Hopefully the new classes will be ones that stick!
